Your Responsibilities  Offer short-term counseling to a variety of clients with different personal difficulties, work-related or not; Perform a client needs assessment and, together with them, set goals and establish a strategy to achieve them according to the terms of their EAP; Adhere to our culture of continuous skills improvement and offer quality clinical services; Ensure administrative follow-up of files using the clinical models provided. Required & Skills profile : Masters in Social Work Member of "Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec";   Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; Ability to set realistic goals and use a solution-oriented approach; Ability to manage a crisis or high-risk situations such as suicidal or homicidal risk, domestic violence, child protection, and public protection; Ability to work with a diverse clientele and good knowledge of all community resources; Exceptional sense of customer service, professionalism, and respect for ethical principles; Able to communicate in French; Bilingualism (English and French) - is an asset.
