Duties Include: Ability to recruit quality and adequate manpower, train and lead them to drive expected sales results. An expert in prospecting, appointment booking, lead/referrals generation, sales closing, organizing/doing institutional presentations, and sales activation. Proficient sales leadership and management skills in achieving given sales targets on a regular basis. Ability to research, create new ideas, develop winning sales strategies, and effectively execute them for the team to meet monthly and annual targets.
