The combination of these values ​​gives Lavery something more: a soul.   Job Summary  The Montreal office is looking for a lawyer with between 5 and 10 years of experience in business law and more specifically in transactional and commercial law to intervene in particular in the context of:  Advice on setting up complex corporate structures, partnerships, and joint ventures (joint ventures) Acquisition of businesses by way of assets or shares Arrangements, reorganizations, and restructurings Negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements Negotiation and implementation of agreements between shareholders and investors Advising companies at the local and international level in the context of private financing transactions in all their forms, whether traditional debt, convertible, or by way of equity investment Advice on corporate structures, governance issues, and related strategic issues  The person sought will have the opportunity to serve a clientele made up of reputable institutions, large companies, and SMEs operating in particular in specific cutting-edge industries such as technologies, aeronautics, real estate, energy, and natural resources, artificial intelligence, investment funds, manufacturing, entertainment, cinema, and sports.
