Our platform connects patients directly with the top healthcare providers in their region for care sessions starting at just helping patients save over 2x compared to most traditional clinics.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, as the Digital Marketing Manager, you will participate in the complete marketing experience and will lead every facet of the product's journey. You will be responsible for guiding us toward solutions that meet our user’s and service providers.
Needs while growing service provider engagement and driving patient awareness, utilization, and compliance within our healthcare services. You will own the creation & execution of communication strategies through a variety of channels, including email, SMS, push notifications & others.
You will build or adapt existing tools & analytics infrastructure to measure the efficacy of your campaigns and test experiments to drive your crystal-clear KPIs. You will work with cross-functional teams across sales, service providers and health care experts, and corporate communications.
Product development, and engineering, contributing to marketing initiatives, including, B2B: demand generation, brand campaigns, positioning exercises; and B2C: healthcare provider recruitment and marketing of our Digital Therapies directly to patients.
Responsibilities
Work with management, development, engineering, and marketing on product development for service providers and client engagement
Work with health care experts to develop service provider engagement
Develop and execute strategies across B2B2C channels and own KPIs for this segment of the Curv Health business, reporting directly to the CEO
Execute results-oriented digital marketing programs within our health care providers, insurance carrier & employer partners to drive patient & service provider awareness, adoption, and engagement with Curv health.
Build Curv Health’s Engagement Toolkit – with strategies & campaigns across communications channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications to support patient outcomes
Build campaigns, sequences & workflows across CRM, Marketing Automation, Product Analytics, etc.
Strategize & develop new channels for engagement & re-engagement – including non-traditional channels like events, associations, speaker series, webinars, etc.
Experiment with a variety of campaigns, measure their efficacy and tweak & re-run campaigns to improve KPIs
Develop business cases and secure buy-in for new engagement initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to implement strategies
Define scope and approaches to experiments (including exploring and leveraging capabilities of testing tools) to effectively guide member behaviour, partnering with our tech team to measure results and identify insights
Define programs, feature enhancements, and cross-channel campaigns throughout the user lifecycle (acquisition, engagement, retention, advocacy) that enable continuous engagement loops and drive conversion improvement
B2C: promote Curv Health’s disease-specific Digital Therapies to patients via paid social or other means
B2C: drive awareness & leads for Curv Health’s healthcare recruitment team amongst their target provider groups & key regions
B2B: drive awareness & leads for Curv Health’s enterprise sales team amongst their target insurance carrier, employers, & group benefits brokers
Skills & Requirements
2-3 years of experience in designing and managing SaaS marketing campaigns
Experience in effective messaging, funnel optimization, deliverability, customer segmentation, reporting, analysis, and testing strategies
Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners
Ability to build & own our marketing infrastructure – select new vendors and adapt existing solutions to your needs
Comfortable taking on complex projects and owning them from start to finish
The analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data and results and apply insight to generate new opportunities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional writing, communication, and speaking skills
A passion for marketing and an eagerness to try and learn new things
