Job Description
The Digital Marketing Coordinator’s mandate is to assist in creating engaging communications and content to drive proactive and continuous communication. Also, coordinate in building a captivating social media presence as well as contribute to the development of our social media and brand strategies.
Manages day-to-day web updates including products updates, promotional activities, and web content
Coordinate web updates and activities.
Maintain web content and act as the first level support for web-related inquiries.
Coordinates digital communications (email blasts).
Coordinates digital engagement and communications initiatives on web and social media channels.
Maintain/update customers’ marketing mailing and emailing lists.
Assists in creating dynamic written, graphic, and video content that promotes audience interaction increases audience presence on brand websites and encourages audience participation.
Assists the marketing team with developing annual timelines and schedules for social media campaigns, online brand activities, customer digital communication, and strategic online plans.
Analyzes and reports on key digital initiative analytics monthly, making suggestions on where/how to improve.
Coordinates with the 9 branches across Canada different web-based activities and campaigns.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, marketing, or a related field is required;
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required in French and English.
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
Results-oriented person.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with graphic, publishing, and web development software
Knowledge of the dental industry is an asset.

Assist the marketing team in establishing annual schedules and timelines for social media campaigns, brand-related online activities, digital customer communication, and online strategic plans.

Coordinate with the 9 branches across Canada the various activities and campaigns on the web.
Perform other duties as required.
