Responsibilities

Skills & Requirements
No experience is required, but previous food handling or customer service experience appreciated.
Excellent ability to follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products or services to the customer.
Knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, portion sizes, and the presence of common allergens.
Proactive attention to detail that motivates double-checking orders and making records of information when necessary.
Strong customer service skills, especially with regards to the resolution of complaints.
Willingness to adapt to different roles and job duties as the need arises.
Ability to work smoothly with a team, and synchronizes processes with others to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Must be efficient and energetic, multitasking to complete multiple orders or switching between different types of activities.
Physical dexterity, such as the ability to wrap, cut, and chop items, is a must.
