To achieve stability in producing quality at par with the international standards while adhering to the contractual delivery schedules, ABJ has invested, with a view to be self-dependent, in sophisticated Plant & Machinery such As CNC Plate cutting machines with provisions for Gas & Plasma cutting, Plate Rolling Machines, CNC Pipe profile Cutting Machines, Pipe & Profile Bending Machines, automatic weld overlay facilities on small bore nozzles, etc. The Machine Shop is equipped with CNC Horizontal Milling-cum-Boring machines, CNC Milling-cum-Drilling machines augmented with radial drilling; Lathe & Circular/Bend saw machines to eliminate undue delays in sub-contracting these operations and maintain the global competitive edge. Responsibilities Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements. Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them. Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs. Creating plans and designs using CAD technology. Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project. Writing technical documentation for machine operators. Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations. Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team. Skills Licensed as a professional engineer. Experience working in the mechanical engineering field. Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs. Ability to run simulations and analyze test data. Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
