We are currently seeking a strong candidate to represent Source Atlantic in Calgary, AB as a: Inside Sales Representative The successful candidate will have customer service or sales experience in a related industry, be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, and be an outgoing, self-motivated, and, results-driven person who has above-average attention to detail. Will possess excellent communication skills and are committed to providing leading-edge customer service. Knowledge of cutting tools and MRO industrial & safety products would be considered an asset.  Post-secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset.   Your primary responsibilities will be: Responding to inbound customer inquiries Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing products,s and expediting Managing daily workload in CRM, sharing cases and tasks with team members Supporting outside sales team Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone, and via email Providing coverage in the storefront as required In return for the above, we are offering a permanent position on an established team in a great working environment.
