Nutraceutical, food, cosmetics packaging, and distribution industries clinical trials in Canada. We are currently looking for an encapsulation operator, motivated and ready to take on new challenges.  Main functions Set up, assemble, disassemble and clean encapsulation equipment and perform encapsulation start-up activities; Make the changes/adjustments required during production to correct problems; Ensure timely and periodic maintenance of equipment and spare parts and maintain appropriate records. Operate state-of-the-art manufacturing and/or encapsulation equipment; Carry out controls and inspections during encapsulation (weight, temperatures, humidity, etc.) and implement, if necessary, corrective measures; Ensure the quality of finished products; Document production files by following good documentary practices; Actively participate in employee training; Perform other related duties. Requirements Secondary V, Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in Pharmaceutical Production, AEC in Conducting Pharmaceutical Processes, or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Chemical Processes or another discipline deemed relevant; Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry; Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in encapsulation. Skills Demonstrate rigor and integrity, resourcefulness, a good spirit of observation, teamwork-oriented, mastery of GMPs, autonomy, and mechanical skills.
