Action Furnace Dispatchers report directly to the Director of Office Operations. The Dispatchers are responsible for the organization of the appointment schedule and are the first point of contact for the technicians. Responsibilities: Monitoring the appointment/dispatch board - confirming and moving calls when necessary Ensure technicians are equipped with the right parts and equipment before going to jobs/ return visits to ensure first call resolution Provide software support for field technicians Ensure the proper technicians are going to the correct calls Responsible for pulling calls forward, always making sure the technicians’ days are full Communicate booking priorities to Customer Care Representatives What We Are Looking For: 2 years of customer service experience are required. Previous dispatching experience is considered an asset. Leadership skills Problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service skills. Communication skills, both written and oral.
