Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Work collaboratively as a team with the goal to achieve a high-quality standard. Work in a high call-volume contact center environment. Ability to build consultative relationships. Comfortable with calling existing customers. Build trusting relationships with customers understanding their needs. Proactively offer appropriate solutions that create high customer satisfaction.
